Enormously Improved and Creative!

I'm so excited to see new technology being used! It can lead to marvelous improvements, especially when creatively used by inspired people!

My New Store Front
I already had a logo and store banner created by Laine, from A Little Peace of Africa. (She also designed this blog, obviously. :) I had recently seen rotating quote area presentations in some stores on TpT, but it wasn't until recently that I found out that Laine had begun designing these, too!

Math Slide

The pictures hardly do these designs justice, though. You have to see the presentation in action to fully appreciate the genius here. Each letter and graphic appears one at a time, until the entire slide is complete. Then the presentation shifts to the next slide. It's really cool to watch!

Social Studies Slide
It's kind of hypnotic to watch, LOL! If you want one of your own, just contact Laine and ask her to fit you in to her schedule. I only had to wait a week, and I'm extremely happy with her creations!

Thanks for visiting!

I'm So Excited!!!

I'm getting a new logo and blog design! Here's sneak peek of the logo, as well as the basic color scheme of my new blog.

Preview of My New Logo
My eyes are green, so Laine is going to change the avatar's eyes to match. Then, she's going to get to work on my new blog design! I'm so excited!

The new avatar looks so much more like me, and the colors are so bright and cheerful. I love it!

I highly recommend Laine from A Little Peace of Africa if you are considering having your own logo or blog design re-done. (She designs FB and TpT banners and business cards, too.)

Laine will be getting access to my blog soon, so that she can work her design magic. I can't wait to see what she creates!

Create.Educate.Inspire: Blog Design... What do you think?

Suzanne at Create.Educate.Inspire: Blog Design... What do you think? designed her own blog, and I love what she did! I'd love to learn how to do this myself. Check it out! Click on the link above. What do you think?

My New Blog

Welcome to my new blog! I've finally taken the plunge, but I have to admit that I am MAJORLY nervous! Will anybody read it? Will anybody care? Don't know, but there's only one way to find out!

In the last month, I've started a business Facebook page

(can't believe how long it took me to figure out that it had to be set up as an addition to my personal page), a Google+ page,

and sponsored a 100 Followers on TpT February Giveaway with Rafflecopter.

On the last one, I found out it's possible to make about a hundred mistakes, after which I had to go back to Rafflecopter and attempt to fix them! Then I found out that other expert sellers recommend Giveaways instead of Rafflecopter, because Giveaways offers the option to hold several Giveaways at once (which Rafflecopter does not). Oh well, live and learn!

I've already gained about 75 "Likes" to my business Facebook page since I set it up last week, which I attribute to the giveaway I am hosting. I have been so incredibly busy dealing with all the issues that have come up during the raffle process that I have spent all week on the computer. (Snow days can be good for something, after all!)

My Google+ page is something else entirely! So far, NOBODY is following it! :D Could be because I didn't realize that (just like on Facebook) I have to set up a separate business page for those posts! At least this time it only took me a week to figure it out, instead of several months!

Thanks for reading!
Carol
