I am one lucky lady! I am fortunate to be able to participate with Michele Martin-Luck and a group of fabulous TpT seller-authors at the MSEA Conference in Maryland this weekend. While I will not actually be at the conference, Michele will!
Michele is kind enough to represent a group of us at conferences around the country. Here are a few pictures from the latest one. (All photos were taken by Michele Martin-Luck.)
You can see my product sample book standing up in the middle of the table. :) It's so exciting!
Here's another shot taken from the side.
Teachers who attend the conference receive this free coupon book. It includes QR codes for all our stores, plus links to freebies from each of us. :)
If you're in Maryland, I hope you'll stop by and say hello to Michele, her husband, top seller Lindsay Perro, and a few others this Friday and Saturday. It's the Maryland State Education Association Conference, held in Ocean City, Maryland.
Even if you can't visit the conference, you can still benefit. My entire TpT store (including bundles) will be 10% off all day Friday and Saturday, October 17 and 18. I hope you'll stop by and save!
Have a fabulous weekend!

October Currently (and Halloween FREEBIE!) from Carol's Garden
I'm late to the party! It's time to join Farley at Oh Boy 4th Grade for this month's Currently!
It's wild weather week in eastern Tennessee! Last week it was hot and humid, with temperatures in the 90's. Over the weekend it dipped down into the 30's. (I honestly thought we might have an early snow, an idea which made my winter-loving daughter squeal with delight.) Tonight we're back to crazy thunderstorms, with the wind and rain lashing the rooftop, plus frequent flashes of lightning followed by deafening crashes and BOOMS! As an ex-California girl, I am still amazed by Tennessee weather patterns, none of which I am used to experiencing!
I am loving the cooler fall weather, though. I don't do hot and steamy, and my summer air-conditioning bill reflects that. ;)
Halloween decorations are going up in all the stores, along with the constant invitations to purchase shopping carts loaded with candy. As a kid, I demanded we stock only the "good" candy, like mini candy bars dripping with chocolate and gooey caramel. Yum!
As an adult, however, I am dreading allowing this constant temptation into my house. I would wait until the last minute to buy it, but then all the yummy stuff is gone. If I buy it too soon, then I know we'll just eat it all and I'll have to buy more, anyway! Plus, I want to be able to fit into my pants after Halloween has come and gone!
I love sweets (they are my weakness!), but I actually love fresh fruits and salads even more. I try to eat healthy, but I tend to go for the quick fix if I'm making something for myself. I also hate housework! Why can't I just clean and organize it once and have it stay that way? (Oh, that's right, I have children!)
I also love to garden, but hate pulling weeds and pruning trees and bushes. Yech! I want to plant beautiful, edible gardens which attract birds, butterflies, and people, (and I'll work all my muscles and sweat like crazy to accomplish this!) but I really hate to mow the lawn, rake the leaves, or clean the gutters! I would love to have a personal chef, housekeeper, and "gardener" to do all these things for me!
Of course, this is also part of the reason I need more hours in the day, although I'm not sure there could ever be enough! That's probably why I'm so late with this post, too! :D
If you've read this far, thank you! As a token of my appreciation, here's a freebie for you. I am NOT putting this in my store. It's only for my blog readers! Just click on the picture to download. :)
I hope you like it! Please leave a comment below! I got the clipart from Krista Wallden's Creative Clips store here. Have a terrific week, and "see" you next time! Happy Halloween!
