I love this music video from set to the tune of "Happy" by . As an animal lover I enjoy seeing these dogs (and cat!) smile and leap for joy during a beach outing. Plus, the music is so catchy! I know it never fails to make me smile! :)

Whenever I sit on the couch in the evenings, our cat Boots decides it's time to make my lap his home. I often type one-handed, but I wouldn't want it any other way. Kitty comfort after a long day makes my whole body relax.

Now that it's April, and Spring, my thoughts turn naturally to Summer! Our last day at school will be on the 22nd of May, which will be NEXT MONTH! Whoa! I can hardly believe it! There's so much to do between now and then!

That's why I need a Swedish massage, the more intense the better. My back and neck muscles are killing me from grading papers and typing on the computer late at night.

With the lovely weather comes the opportunity to wear sandals, and my feet just aren't ready. My toes especially need a pretty manicure before I can show them in public.

Although my TpT store name is Carol's Garden, if I had it to do all over again, I would name it Carol's Teaching Garden. I love to garden in my own yard, but I also think of my students as my "garden." Each child grow and develops at different rates, but with the nurturing which a gardener/teacher provides, they can grow stronger and more beautiful naturally.
